Fact #1 As Speaker of the House I worked with my colleagues to join the lawsuit against Washington’s health care takeover. This suit is currently before the Supreme Court and the overreaching health care law is finally receiving the scrutiny and constitutional debate it deserves.
Fact #2 As Speaker of the Arizona House I passed a bill that enabled Arizonans to vote directly on the Healthcare Freedom Act, which opposed the individual mandate in the president’s health care law and protected states’ rights.

Kirk Adams is son of Linda and Dave Adams. He is a life long resident of the East Valley. Kirk is a husband, father, and small businessman with 20 employees.
